At Honey Hoodie, all items are made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Color preferences
  • Buyer’s remorse

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at honeyhoodie26@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is approved, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns for worn or washed items.
  • Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside of our control.
  • Customized or personalized items are final sale.
